At our headquarters in Heilbronn/Germany we can manufacture from the lab (0.5-5kg), to the pilot plant (10-100kg) and the technical (1-10 mt) scale. From the beginning on IOLITEC did not only focus on innovative products but also on innovative, energy efficient and resource saving production technologies. Besides widely use batch technologies IOLITEC uses continuous flow systems with micro structured devices for its production. This allows the optimal mixing of the starting materials with time resolved control of pressure and temperature. With this technology IOLITEC can prevent the local overheating (hot spot) of the reaction which reduces the formation of bi-products to a minimum.
